A PROJECT IN DEVELOPMENT
The project is in the management and execution phase at the beginning of 2025, with the urban planning process in its final phase. The urban development works for the area are expected to start in 2026.

With a projected investment of more than 1,000 million euros and an area of influence covering 30 km, ALMA Meco envisages the construction of XXL logistics warehouses and spaces for Data Centre, tertiary, hotel and commercial use.
